an illustrated talk by Janet McNamara, Vice-Chairman of the Society and a Hounslow Heritage Guide.

She will use her recent research to introduce us to the local politicians who ran the town of Brentford in its heyday as an industrial and market town.

Val Bott, who chairs the William Hogarth Trust, presents an illustrated talk revealing recent research for the exhibition at Hogarth’s House.

Research for the project, using the parish records and the Census, was provided by three Society members; Christine Hayek, Patricia James and Brenda Woolley, and the exhibition continues until 2 November 2013
