38th West London Local History Conference, 24 March 2018
The Impact of World War 1 on West London
University of West London,
Boston Manor Road, Brentford TW8 9GA
The Society has been one of the sponsors of this major local history conference since the beginning. Taking a different theme each year, it regularly sells out, with around 120 people taking part. As always, there is an impressive programme with excellent speakers. The venue has a handsome lecture theatre and a cafe on site where you can buy lunch. The venue is a short distance from Brentford Station (SW Trains) and Boston Manor Station (Piccadilly Line) and there is free parking alongside beneath the M4 flyover.
The Programme and tickets for 2018 will be available later in 2017. Tickets will be £15.00, to include morning coffee and afternoon tea, and must be purchased in advance – please make your cheque out to The West London Local History Conference and send it with an SAE to J McNamara, 31B Brook Road South, Brentford TW8 0NN.
