A Hive of Industry

originally planned for 21 March, now postponed until 19 September 2011, 7.30pm at the Chiswick Memorial Club An illustrated talk by Vanda Foster, Curator of Gunnersbury Park Museum. She will be exploring aspects of her current exhibition, highlighting some famous products made in Brentford and Chiswick. The exhibition continues throughout 2011, admission free.

21 February 2011, 7.30pm at the Chiswick Memorial Club An illustrated lecture by Diana Davis based on her recent MA thesis, exploring the significance and style of the Large Mansion and its use both as a home and for glamorous entertaining. A joint event with the Friends of Gunnersbury Park & Museum
