The Society is very pleased to be able to report that the service has been upgraded in the Local Studies Library at Duke’s Avenue, Chiswick, London W4 2AB. The collection covers Brentford and Chiswick local history and is now open as follows: Monday, Thursday, Friday 10-1, 2-5, Thursday 5-8 by appointment and alternate Saturdays 10-1, 2-5. Previously it was open only on Mondays and Fridays. An additional librarian has been added to the team as well.

It is always useful to speak to one of the staff in advance of a visit. They can advise you and since this is a specialist reference collection, they can get material ready for your visit.
